Bryanston Square completed

Feilden+Mawson have successfully completed the refurbishment of a Grade II listed Georgian property on The Portman Estate for the new Wetherby Preparatory School for Boys. This fast track project for our client the Alpha Plus Group has created new educational space for nearly 300 pupils, offering classrooms, a school hall, laboratories and an IT suite, together with a new kitchen and lunch room.

This school project has been the first of its kind for Feilden+Mawson in Central London, and will offer high quality learning facilities in the heart of Marylebone, just 5 minutes walking distance from Marble Arch. Working within a tight time frame, introducing a ventilation system and new services into a listed building in the Portman Estate Conservation Area, the team has been able to bring this project to its successful conclusion in time for the new school year.
