Fellowes Plain completed

Feilden+Mawson have successfully supported Charles Church to complete the development of the former Norwich hospital site into housing. The circa £30 million pound project mixes contemporary design with good quality conservation and restoration to provide Norwich with an exciting new place to live.

Thanks to a good working relationship with the contractor, R G Carter, Feilden+Mawson's production team helped in the delivery of the project on time and on budget. The scheme has been well received by the public so much so that the units are selling quickly.
