Latest phase of the Henderson centre complete

Phase 2 of a centre designed to help new entrepreneurs get their ideas off the ground has now been completed and officially launched.

The Centre, owned by NELM (North Earlham, Larkman and Marlpit Development Trust) and managed by enterprise specialists NWES now has a further nine start-up units for new and existing businesses on the site of the former Bowthorpe School, and offers both office and light-industrial space.

David Jackson, representative for NELM, is pleased with the completion of the project: "The completion of these nine units, which have been designed by architects firm Feilden and Mawson, represents NELM's final capital expenditure on the Henderson Business Centre. The Centre, which is pleasantly located adjacent to a large community park close to the centre of Norwich, has the advantage of ample parking. With access to business advice, finance and being surrounded by other entrepreneurs, we offer the ideal surroundings for small businesses to flourish into successful enterprises. All this contributes to the economic growth and employment opportunities for the NELM area and the rest of our fine city."
