Prague Zoo Completed

Our Prague office have completed the second phase of regeneration of the largest restaurant in the Prague ZOO.

The first phase of the project was remodelling the 1000sqm outdoor eating terrace by using a simple construction technique of oak timber frames filled with crushed stone paving. The second phase was the addition of three food kiosks that form the edge of the terrace.

The kiosks are prefabricated steel frame clad with local larch planks that form a continuous fence on the eastern side of the area, separating the oudoor restaurant from service areas. All materials were locally sourced with timber left untreated to age naturally
