We have two exciting opportunities for both a qualified Architect and a Technician with conservation experience to join our team in London. The suitable candidate(s) will be expected to provide support to existing team structures, or lead on, a variety of existing or new conservation based projects within the office.

Both positions will require the following:

Essential Criteria:

• 5 years of experience of conservation and heritage, including listed buildings

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong job running skills (contract administration, planning and programming)

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• Experience liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders

• Excellent design skills

• Sound technical knowledge and ability to undertake technical detailing to compile necessary documents

Desirable Criteria:

• IHBC Member

• Experience of working on all types of listed buildings.

• Experience of working on projects in Central London

In addition, the candidates for the Architectural role will need to be RIBA Part 3 qualified and will ideally be RIBA CA or SCA, or AABC certified.

The candidate for the Architectural Technician role will need to be CIAT certified.
