Plans lodged for prestigious development at Duke's Wharf, Norwich

The detailed planning application for Targetfollow's Duke's Wharf development in Norwich was submitted on 26 October 2007.  The scheme will transform the former Eastern Electricity site into a new vibrant commercial quarter for the city centre and has been designed by F+M to include approximately 250ksqft of offices, restaurants and shops, residential accommodation and an art gallery.

The inspirational scheme, that has sustainability considerations at its heart, will also provide publicly accessible art work and the introduction of a new riverside walk.  The design is in line with F+M's core philosophy of providing high quality, contemporary architecture and public space.

Subject to approval, Targetfollow hopes to commence works on site early next year with the first occupants moving into the scheme within two years.  One of the first occupiers will be Targetfollow itself, as one of the buildings within Duke's Wharf will become the company's new European headquarters.
