Feilden+Mawson have delivered on site 290 apartments in a series of linked new buildings that wrap around the refurbished Grade II listed Administration Building as part of the redevelopment of the former Norfolk & Norwich hospital site .
18 luxury apartments have been created in the four floors of the Administration Building, which also serves as the entrance to the new six storey Pavilion Buildings that feature two setback top floors and sit between the bookends of retained listed towers. Two storeys of underground car parking below the Pavilion have been created, which link to the six listed buildings remaining after the hospital demolition.
