Sir Richard Doll Building
This new four-storey building 3,500m2 office building forms part of the North Campus masterplan developed by Feilden+Mawson for the ICR. The three floors of office accommodation provide a mixture of flexible open plan and cellular accommodation, with the basement level occupied by a document archive area, liquid nitrogen store and plant space. The crisp terracotta tiled rainscreen facade with ribbon windows is held by the bookends of the metal clad escape stairs, with a dramatic bridge entrance created from the sloping topography.
