Providing approximately 1,500mē of office space and 1,800mē of light industrial units with associated car parking, this facility will provide 'plug in and go' opportunities for local businesses and start-up companies. The Feilden+Mawson design creates solar shading with pitched overhanging roofs and external louvers vertical panels with natural light brought into the centre of the building through a clear storey. The facade clad in timber slats, with glazed curtain walling and a recessed entrance expressed in render.
The project has been awarded a Design Commendation by the Norwich Society and a Craftsmanship Award for New Commercial Buildings by the Norfolk Association of Architects.
