Feilden+Mawson were appointed to prepare and submit the vision for the residentially led re-development of a site in Norwich.

220 new homes and 450 square metres of commercial floor space are proposed together with associated car parking and landscaping.

The design proposals emerged through extensive discussion with the city planning department, Historic England, the Environment Agency and other statutory consultees. The process was thoroughly thought out to respect and respond to the site’s unique qualities and capitalise on the opportunities it offered. A detailed Planning Application has recently been submitted to Norwich County Council.
