Feilden+Mawson were appointed to undertake a feasibility study and submit a planning application for a restricted site in the town centre of Littleport.

Our brief is to optimise the development value of the site by changing the use to residential and maximising the number of dwellings per hectare possible within the constraints. The design takes cognisance of its conservation area location and re-establishes the towns historical urban grain. The scheme replaces the former business centre by massing the new dwellings to align the street and restore street frontage. The scheme has a mixture of 3-bed town houses and 1-bed dwellings.
