Feilden+Mawson have been working for the Institute of Cancer Research since 1998 on projects which include new builds as well as refurbishment projects.

Our involvement started when we were appointed following a competitive tender for the design of their flagship building at their Sutton site for research into Cancer Genomics.

The Centre for Cancer Drugs Discovery (CCDD) forms phase 1 of a masterplan on a landlocked site previously allocated for residential development north of the campus access road. A state of the art laboratory based on an ethos of flexibility, innovation and collaborative working, it co-locates two of the Institute’s world leading research teams – The Cancer Therapeutics Unit and Centre for Evolution and Cancer.
