Mills & Reeve

Feilden+Mawson was commissioned by Pentaco to carry out the refurbishment and redesign of approximately 3000m² of office space in an existing concrete frame building in Norwich. Our in-house interior design team pitched a revitalised scheme to the end user, Mills & Reeve LLP, a national law firm, which embraced the building’s nuances to provide an exciting and dynamic redesign which related to it’s setting while also meeting the companies brand.

The contract included a full re-fit to all office areas, services, canteen and client area as well as a full upgrade of all the M&E services. Feilden+Mawson provided a full scope of services including mood boards, presentations to client and end user of all fixtures and finishes, paint textures and detailed joinery design to reception desk and other bespoke features. We also provided working drawings, specification, room data sheets, finishes schedules, 1:1 and 1:5 construction details and specifications for the building as a whole, as well as upgrading to lifts and core areas.

We then had the unique opportunity of designing their graphics, artwork to wall coverings, fabrics and furniture selection, all in all creating a very successful fit out in terms of working practice and ambience.
