Station Hill

This scheme develops our client’s vision for the regeneration and re-development of the Station Hill site which contributes to a vibrant new ‘Station Quarter’ for Bury St Edmunds. This is a major ‘gateway’ location for the town and as such requires a high quality of development to act as a key point of arrival and departure.

The new Quarter will be formed by regenerating the land to the south west of the station. This land was predominantly used for rail sidings, which will be relocated to release the site for development, and by a series of derelict and poor quality buildings.

The main purpose of the development brief is to regenerate the area with a predominantly residential scheme.
