Industrial Park Masterplan
Feilden+Mawson were commissioned to develop a masterplan to create a 200,000 sqft distribution centre as well as commercial units at a site based in Suffolk
As part of a wider scheme, the proposals look to maximise lettable floor space whilst considering site topography, views and massing relationships with surrounding context. A mixture of different sized distribution hubs and warehouses were a key objective alongside a range of trade and commercial terraced units
A central spine road provides easy access to the whole site and provides views into the entire site for improved wayfinding and promotion opportunities. A landscaped corridor and dispersed pockets aim to provide softness and sustainable drainage solutions
