Feilden+Mawson were appointed to develop a masterplan for Pidgeon Land. The brief was to create a vision for an Enterprise Park on the edge of Thetford.

Feilden+Mawson collaborated with the developer and local councillors to achieve the requirements set out in the local development plan. The Enterprise Park looks to provide a total 500,000 sqft of light industrial and retail accommodation for the area bring a boost entrepreneurial investment in to the area.
