Feilden+Mawson gained planning approval for 78 dwellings at Brick Kiln Farm, Fakenham for Lovell Homes.

The design is strongly influenced by the local vernacular architecture and the North Norfolk Design Guide. The development consists of detached, semi-detached, small terraces of three dwelling and apartment/flat accommodation, with a mixture of 1-4 bedroom homes of private and affordable types. The perimeter of the development takes advantage of countryside views with the central green providing a focal point. Construction was completed in 2021 and all dwellings have been sold successfully under the development name Weston Grange.
