Lind Automative Group commissioned Feilden+Mawson to design and deliver the development of the new dealerships and a parts store on a very visible site immediately adjacent to the Norwich Southern Bypass (A47).

The overall objective was to create a large dealership with presence and a building that reflected the high quality cars on sale. Using a combination of glass with silver and grey composite cladding, the building has been very well received, especially by the sales team, who recorded an enormous uplift in sales when moving into the new facility. The Design and Build contract was completed within twelve months.
