Feilden+Mawson were appointed to undertake a feasibility study and submit a planning application for a restricted site in the town centre of Littleport.

The scheme replaces the former business centre by massing the new dwellings to align the street and restore street frontage. The scheme has a mixture of 3-bed town houses and 1-bed dwellings.
