Marinske Square Regeneration was a proposal for the regeneration of one of the best kept baroque palaces in Prague. A national monument, completed in 1733 by a significant Austrian architect Johan Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, is to be converted into a multifunctional cultural and social centre with a mix of public and commercial functions open to the general public.

Competition proposal, which won second prize, for the regeneration of one of the oldest public squares in historical Prague, located between the Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. Includes proposals to restore and regenerate the adjacent Clam Gallas Palace, the best kept Grade I listed baroque palace in Prague. A national monument, completed in 1733 by a significant Austrian architect Johan Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, is to be converted into a multifunctional cultural and social centre with a mix of public and commercial functions open to the general public. The square also houses the Mayor of Prague’s offices and the competition scheme proposes to partially regenerate this listed building. The aim of the design is to improve public access into the building, services and orientation and design a new multifunctional council chamber.
