Feilden+Mawson were commissioned to consolidate the various Great Yarmouth based Proserv buildings into one facility that stood out from all others. The building was to contain various highly specialised facilities as well as a large open plan office over 2 floors.

The difference in these disciplines is picked up externally in the change of cladding from an industrial style appearance given to the twin portal facility and a softer façade applied to the office.

The building is located in a strong position within Beacon Business Park and together with an equally strong design provides the end user with a facility that can reflect the quality of their product.
