This Grade II Listed building is one of the two international style houses designed by Marshall Sisson in Cambridge in the 1930s and is a large detached villa designed for an academic family in Newnham.

An energy report was commissioned to support the conservation strategy to replace single glazed windows with double glazed units and to install 100mm external wood fibre insulation with rough cast lime render to external walls.
