Feilden+Mawson was commissioned by MotorSport Vision to develop proposals for Snetterton Innovation Park, a new technology and employment hub adjacent to Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk. The 13-hectare site is part of Breckland District Council’s Area Masterplan for Snetterton Heath and forms part of the district’s largest strategic employment area / Enhanced Growth Zone.

The outline planning application proposes up to 30,000m² of commercial offices, industrial units and motorsport workshop space. Proposals also include a hotel with café and EV charging facilities, and a potential Innovation Centre for start-up businesses.

The design has been carefully shaped in collaboration with local authorities and community consultees. Public consultation feedback has been very supportive, particularly of the quality of design and the approach to Biodiversity Net Gain, which is being delivered entirely on-site.

The Innovation Park aims to attract high-tech, motorsport, and advanced engineering businesses to Norfolk, creating a vibrant employment and innovation hub and giving new life to the Snetterton Circuit.
